植物与病原物互作的代谢生物学与代谢组学（参讲）

研究方向

植物与微生物相互作用的次生代谢生物学和代谢组学，主要为：

（一）新颖结构及活性真菌次生代谢产物挖掘

从植物病原真菌和内生真菌中寻找结构新颖的次生代谢产物，研究其生物活性、生理生态功能和构效关系，挖掘并开发利用其农用或医用价值。

（二）独特代谢产物的生物合成

对具有特殊结构、高活性的真菌次生代谢产物或者真菌毒素开展生物合成研究，阐明其生物合成及调控机制。

（三）植物与病原真菌互作的代谢组学研究

基于代谢组学的方法，研究植物与病原真菌互作的代谢机制。
