植物代谢

 

研究方向

植物在生长和发育的过程中经常受到病原菌的侵扰。在漫长的演化过程中,植物发展出了精密的免疫系统,合成结构多样的次生代谢产物,以抵御病原菌的入侵。相应地,病原菌也演化出了一系列小分子化合物和分泌蛋白,来帮助其侵染植物。实验室以玉米和拟南芥为研究对象,深入整合植物病理学、化学、分子生物学、多组学等手段,开展植物和病原菌互作的研究。主要研究方向如下:

 

1. 植物的抗病反应,包括抗病信号转导、与抗病相关的次生代谢产物的合成和调控、生长-抗病拮抗等。

2. 病原菌的侵染机制,包括病原菌分泌的小分子化合物和蛋白的鉴定,以及病原菌的分泌物促进其侵染的分子机制等。
