主要研究兴趣:解析植物如何感知外界环境变化并传导信号来调节生长发育及防卫应答反应。多年来主要利用模式植物拟南芥研究植物与外界重要环境因子的的互作关系,在温度调控植物生长发育和防卫反应的分子机理研究上具有突出贡献。

    实验室主要研究方向:1)植物抗病机理,尤其是抗病基因(R)表达及功能调控,利用分子遗传手段克隆R基因的重要调控基因,并对基因功能和调控网络进行解析;2)植物温敏机理,利用植物自然变异和诱导突变,解析温度分子信号在植物中的传导途径及植物温度适应的分子机制;3)非生物逆境与植物抗病性互作的分子机制,解析发掘植物抗病信号通路中对环境敏感的关键因子,为植物品种改变和植物育种筛选耐逆性状提供分子依据。

 

 


个人简历:


 

 

华健,复旦大学生物学学士,中科院上海植物生理研究所植物学硕士,美国加州理工大学(Caltech)生物学博士,麻省理工大学(MIT)白头(Whitehead)研究所博士后。现为美国康奈尔(Cornell)大学植物生物学系副教授,南京农业大学教授,博士生导师。
